I lowered my cholesterol from above 200 to below 100. I ate real food, did proper exercise a few times a week and took no drugs and no supplements. Some of my friends have high LDL cholesterol but can't lower theirs more than just a few percent in six months. It's too bad our society is led to believe it's so hard to do and that you need harmful drugs. And, they don't get results anyway. I mean, look at the fine print in the cholesterol drug ads. These dangerous drugs won't even help you lower your numbers that much! Not compared to doing it right without drugs.
All the medical professionals ever did was give me more meds that never made me well. Chris taught me how to eat and live so I can actually reverse or stop symptoms. My body responds to diet and lifestyle every time. I don't understand why people are always complaining and getting sicker as they make fun of diet and exercise as if it can't do as much as medicine, which they seem to think is like a powerful magic or something. Oh wait I do —brainwashing.
30 years in my hospital career showed me what happens to people with treatments and drugs. They never work in the long run. And most only take away your health. People can stop hurting if they learn the right way to take control of their diet and lifestyle. And stop listening to all the noise around them.
