You'll sleep better and reuperate from exercise and work faster. Much more than other so called "diets" that promise more "energy."

Those "weight loss diets" that you speak of don't provide enough calories to keep you going in the long run. Sure, losing weight initially gives everyone a "boost" since they get rid of excess baggage but this fades and it comes with a heavy price.

They lose valuable muscle tissue and usually lose joint and spinal integrity especially when substantial amounts of bodyweight are lost. These people rarely if ever get that back and instead gain back even more adipiose tissue than they wanted to lose in the first place.

First of all you have to distinguish between appetite and actual hunger. When your body doesn't get enough fuel (calories) it signals you to go find some.

When your mind desires something interesting or comforting to eat that's not hunger that's simply appetite.
