Not only has he crushed the No Cure For The Common Cold Myth by enjoying zero cold, flu or 100+ Symptoms 16 years in a row, but Chris also significantly reduced the effects of nerve damage and serious spinal and structural consequences after suffering an auto collision in 1998. The original nerd couldn't afford more than 90-120 minutes per week for strength, cardiovascular, flexibility and rehabilitation. With physical limitations plus already unfavorable leverages he was also able, without drugs, protein powders or other unhealthy food gimmicks to put over 60 pounds of muscle on a genetically gangly unathletic frame.
