We see people running and jogging in all weather. Many go to the gym 5 times a week. They do Cross Fit, cross training, yoga, spin, step class, calisthenics, suspension, tire flipping, sprints, jumps, punches, weight machines, weights and more.
They decide to “go” Paleo, Mediterranean, Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Low Carb, Hi Protein, Keto, WFPB, Intermittent Fasting, Super Food, Calorie Restriction, Weight Watcher, diet du jour or pills, powders and supplements.
They're in health food stores at least once a week. They like the 'healthy options' aisle at the supermarket, and always read labels of every package of food they buy.
They believe they are truly health conscious. But unless they've eliminated cold, flu and the almost 100 symptoms of the chronic disease process then they are spinning their wheels, geting nowhere of any consequence fast.
Does their body work the way it is designed — to prevent or reverse all chronic disease, especially the little tiny primary oopponents of cold and flu?
Can they go 3-5 years minimum (in a row) without suffering a single cold or flu? That’s the only way to prove their body actually works in terms of real health, performance and biomarker-measured longevity.
They’ve been told to think that getting cold and flu (sore throat, congestion, runny nose, chills, fever etc. and the even more frequent (sometimes daily) finer symptoms like headache, waking up tired, itchy eyes, bloating, stomach upset, rash, constipation, diarrhea, excess gas, toe fungus!, pimples, ring around the collar etc. are “just part of life” or normal. It's average for a society that spends trillions of dollars on "health care" yet who suffers more sickenss and disease.
These symptoms listed above are everyday warning signs that the chronic disease process is being voluntarily fast-tracked.
Chronic disease doesn't just happen; it requires a certain lifestyle. In modern times this means The Magic Triangle of food, rest and fitness.

You can literally turn the volume up or down on the exact degree you suffer or not with how you eat and live.
